Food People has partnered with an established B2B business in their search for an experienced marketing professional to be based in the UAE. This role focuses on developing customer-centric value propositions, driving market engagement, and supporting commercial growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer-focused value propositions aligned to market opportunities and customer needs
- Support the deployment of marketing initiatives through customer engagement activities, events, and industry platforms
- Create customer-facing content, including presentations, guides, case studies, and supporting materials
- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to identify customer opportunities and innovation priorities
- Facilitate customer workshops, engagement sessions, and collaborative innovation activities
- Monitor programme performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across commercial, marketing, and technical functions
Key Ingredients
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science or a related discipline
- MUST have experience within B2B food ingredients
- Experience in customer marketing as well as marketing in a B2B environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable results
