About the Job
A strategic culinary leadership role responsible for the culinary excellence and consistency of four upscale restaurant brands. This position is based in Kuwait and plays a hands-on role across concept development, operational execution, and kitchen team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee culinary operations across multiple premium casual concepts, including breakfast cafés, burger brands, and upscale coffee-led formats.
- Ensure standardisation and consistency of dishes, recipes, and presentation across all units.
- Lead culinary training and SOP development for kitchen teams.
- Collaborate on menu innovation and concept expansion
- Direct involvement in hiring and developing the next generation of Head Chefs.
- Regularly travel to individual restaurant locations to audit quality and coach on-site teams.
- Serve as a hands-on culinary leader — not office-bound — ensuring operational excellence on the ground.
Key Ingredients
- Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 3-5 years in a multi-brand executive chef or group-level role.
- Strong leadership presence and experience managing large teams across multiple sites.
- Fluent in standardisation practices, training, SOP creation, and team performance uplift.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kuwait with regional travel flexibility.
