A well established, international QSR concept is looking to appoint a dynamic Country GM to lead the existing operations and rapid scale-up of the brand. From initial site selection and store openings through to day-to-day operations and long-term franchise development, this is an exciting hands-on leadership opportunity for a candidate with proven experience in scaling QSR brands from the ground up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end operations for the business.
- Oversee site selection, lease negotiation, design, construction, and store fit-outs.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to support operations, development, and support services.
- Develop and implement brand playbooks, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Set and monitor KPIs across cost control, efficiency, customer experience, and team performance.
- Ensure operational excellence and innovation through systems, training, and continuous improvement.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
- Strong QSR background, ideally with experience with international brands.
- Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling F&B operations from the ground up.
- Deep operational knowledge across store build, pre-opening, launch, and ongoing management.
- Commercially astute with experience building P&Ls, setting KPIs, and managing budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and grow high-performing teams.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new concepts and brands.
