About the role:

We are looking to appoint a HORECA Manager for an FMCG business lead the development of their hospitality channel and events strategy across the UAE.This is a commercially driven role focused on building strong relationships within the hospitality sector, driving revenue growth, and elevating brand presence through strategic partnerships, activations, and events. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual HORECA strategy aligned with business growth targets
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and premium outlets
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B leaders, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Secure product listings, menu placements, and exclusive agreements
  • Drive participation in key events and exhibitions, ensuring strong execution and positive ROI
  • Plan and deliver tastings, activations, chef collaborations, and branded experiences
  • Manage pricing, margins, promotional budgets, and trade investments
  • Deliver monthly and annual revenue targets for the HORECA and Events channel
  • Manage distributors and explore direct distribution opportunities for key accounts
  • Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews
  • Work closely with marketing to strengthen premium brand positioning within hospitality
  • Support new product launches and gather market feedback for innovation
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends within the UAE hospitality sector

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in FMCG HORECA sales
  • Strong existing network within the UAE hospitality industry
  • Experience managing exhibitions, activations, and trade events
  • Proven track record in distributor and key account management
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with strong ownership and execution capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
