Food People has partnered with a Saudi FMCG manufacturing business to look for a Brand Manager based in their Riyadh office

Food People has partnered with a leading local Saudi FMCG business in their search for a Brand Manager. The role will involve internal marketing transformation, strategising for new product categories, product innovations, and launching new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing plans and programs for the brand to achieve corporate objectives in terms of revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the marketing department in line with the company’s year-end targets
- Analyze marketing trends and market situations in the region to adjust strategy and tactics, as well as identify opportunities to increase sales
- Ensure financial targets are met, brand positioning is consistent, and relationships with third parties are maximised
- Utilising digital marketing tools to understand and interpret data from marketing campaigns
- Plan and deliver promotional calendars and plans across the business
- Create new and exciting content, bringing new ideas to the table
- Present reports and project feedback to senior leaders within the business
- Launching new products and being highly innovative
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related fields
- Arabic speaker is highly preferable
- Experience in Brand Management, with a good knowledge FMCG and the Retail and Ecommerce channels
- Strong drive for results with excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and strong analytical skills
