Food People is partnered with a growing FMCG/B2B business that is seeking a solid B2B Brand Manager to lead its industrial portfolio across multiple sectors. The position will handle regional brand positioning, marketing execution, and channel development in multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the regional brand strategy for industrial food ingredients, aligned with commercial growth targets
- Translate technical product attributes into clear B2B value propositions and branding assets
- Manage the brand portfolio architecture across multiple SKUs: naming, channel segmentation, industrial packaging, trade positioning
- Plan and execute annual marketing programmes (digital, content marketing, trade events, distributor enablement) to support demand generation and brand equity
- Provide data-driven inputs to forecasting and demand planning; track campaign performance and competitor intelligence
- Support distributor/trade partner operations: equip them with toolkits, POS materials, sampling programmes, and co-marketing campaigns
- Collaborate across functions (R&D, production, QA/regulatory, supply chain) to ensure product launches, compliant communications, and timely execution
Key Ingredients
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science or related; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or brand/product management within the food manufacturing industry
- Experience working with industrial/HORECA/bakery channels is highly preferred
- Comfortable working with forecasting, analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Excellent project and stakeholder-management abilities, with a regional “multi-market” mindset
- Fluent in English (Arabic is preferred)
