About the Job:
An exciting opportunity to lead an FMCG business operating across Jordan. This role will oversee the full P&L of the business, spearheading commercial growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. The company is on a transformational journey, seeking an agile, well-rounded GM to take charge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end business operation, including factory, sales, procurement, finance, and supply chain.
- Manage a large team with direct reports across commercial and operational verticals.
- Handle cross-functional challenges including supply chain and manufacturing performance.
- Oversee factory performance in Jordan and maintain visibility over Saudi operations.
- Champion a high-performance culture aligned to the strategic ambitions of the protein business.
- Represent the business with gravitas and credibility, internally and externally.
Key Ingredients:
- Commercial leadership and full P&L ownership experience.
- Strong people management with the ability to lead through complexity.
- Exposure to operational and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
- Previous experience working in or with Jordan highly preferred.
- Credibility to engage with senior stakeholders and represent the business publicly.
