About the Job
We are seeking a polished and proactive Guest Relationship Manager to oversee VIP guest interactions and elevate the experience at a premium dining venue in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building and nurturing connections within influential business communities, ensuring exceptional service, and managing high-profile bookings with discretion and care.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests. • Build and maintain strong relationships within Abu Dhabi’s key business and social communities. • Manage advance bookings and ensure a seamless guest journey. • Greet and host VIPs, providing tailored service based on guest preferences. • Record and manage guest profiles and preferences for personalised service. • Work closely with front-of-house and operations to ensure exceptional experiences. • Proactively gather guest feedback and act on service improvement opportunities. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Ingredients
• Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality hosting, or high-end F&B environments. • Strong network or ability to build one among influential circles in Abu Dhabi. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. • Culturally aware, highly organised, and proactive. • Presentable, polished, and guest-focused demeanour. • Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus). • Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
