About the Job
Food People has partnered with a well-established FMCG business with a strong footprint across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. As part of continued investment and growth, the business is seeking a National Sales Manager – Beverages to lead and scale its beverage portfolio across the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the beverage commercial strategy across Saudi Arabia, covering all channels, especially foodservice
- Lead business planning, category mapping, and volume growth for the beverage portfolio, ensuring delivery against ambitious commercial and profitability targets.
- Demonstrate strong financial control through forecasting, budgeting, KPI management, and performance tracking across the beverage business.
- Oversee performance across complex and challenging regions ensuring consistent execution and strong market penetration.
Key Ingredients
- More than 7 years of experience commercial leadership experience within Beverages FMCG
- Strong people management capability with experience leading large, multi-layered teams
- High level of financial and commercial acumen
- Experience across all foodservice channels, with deep beverage category expertise
- Track record of managing complex regions and scaling beverage portfolios
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
