Food People is on the lookout for an HRD to join a food manufacturing company in Riyadh
- Must have exposure to OD

- To be based in Riyadh, KSA
Food People has partnered with a leading food manufacturing company in Riyadh that is actively recruiting for an HRD. This person will ensure a smooth flow of operations, look after the OD, and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the factory and functional teams in ensuring smooth and effective operations, and creating an environment of progression
- Partner with leadership teams to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies that align with the company’s vision, values, and goals
- Look after the OD strategies and contribute to the transformation of the company
- Drive talent acquisition strategies and work with business leaders to ensure the right talent is recruited and retained
- Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching, and assist managers in identifying performance gaps and creating development plans for employees
- Provide guidance and resolution on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Ensures all HR activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement leadership training programs to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders
- Be close to the business and the people to provide oversight and anticipation of employee relations issues
- Collaborate across the business with People leaders, Regional and local HR, People Services, the Centre of Excellence, and Business Services teams to deliver people activities
Key Ingredients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant equivalent qualification
- Preferably have worked in a FMCG company with in a manufacturing facility
- Minimum of 12 years in the HR function with over 3 years of OD, and management experience
- Excellent fluency in English & Arabic is a must
- Strong leadership skills
