About the Job:
Food People have partnered with an FMCG in Dubai, UAE to find a Key Account Executive. This role will be responsible for revenue growth by aligning client needs managing sales pipelines, and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand penetration in the foodservice channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the daily point of contact for key account partners in the GCC.
- Manage foodservice key accounts within the region
- Liaise with commercial and technical teams to manage launches, coordinate sampling, and ensure product quality.
- Track customer communications, monitor payment cycles, and support regional follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Europe and across the Middle East to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
- Work closely with foodservice distributors in UAE and KSA and support with setting up new operations regionally.
Key Ingredients:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in key account management experience working with Foodservice.
- Strong communicator with experience managing demanding customers and regional operations.
- Based in the UAE with a valid UAE driver’s license.
- Exposure to foodservice channels is essential; frozen bakery is a bonus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership and drive initiatives.
