Food People is working with a Saudi FMCG business seeking a well-experienced Marketing Director to lead the company’s marketing function, focusing on brand activations, communications, innovation, and project management
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Oversee all brand-building initiatives, including activations, advertising, communications, and innovation
- Lead the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs
- Design and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies
- Drive cross-functional initiatives in partnership with R&D, sales, and operations to deliver successful product launches
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decision-making
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximise ROI
- Track KPIs related to brand growth, innovation success rates, and consumer engagement
Key Ingredients:
- Proven FMCG marketing experience
- Must be an Arabic speaker and have a deep understanding of the Saudi market
- Strong innovation and product launch experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
