Food People are working with a leading FMCG business in their search for a National Sales Manager. This role is responsible for managing all UAE sales operations, dealing with distributors and requires someone very hands-on, hungry for growth and with demonstrated FMCG experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee commercial strategy for the business across all channels
- Play a key role in developing short and long-term growth strategies for the business
- Oversee sales targets, pricing strategies, and key account performance to ensure revenue objectives are met
- Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of commercial operations, ensuring efficient budget allocation and cost control
- Managing distributors effectively
- Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and customers to align commercial strategies and maximise value
Key Ingredients
- Strong commercial FMCG background
- Strong commercial leadership and strategy development background
- Must have UAE experience
- Understanding of distribution
- Based in UAE
