A unique opportunity to join a new upper casual dining concept as Restaurant Manager during its pre-opening phase. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering great guest experiences, building strong teams, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s pre-opening setup and ensure a successful launch
- Manage daily operations including service standards, staff scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and senior leadership to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and a service mindset
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to service, sales, and operational performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training initiatives
Key Ingredients
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Operationally savvy with a good grasp of cost control, stock, and service flow
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive and guest-centric mindset
- Pre-opening experience is a plus but not essential
