A leading premium casual dining brand is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee its flagship venue in Riyadh. The role requires a people-focused, customer-driven leader who excels in dynamic, service-oriented settings and is dedicated to creating outstanding guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and operational excellence.
- •Monitor and manage key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, sales targets, and team productivity.
- Implement training programmes to elevate team performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Handle P&L responsibilities, manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability.
- •Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and regulatory standards at all times.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and support stock ordering, inventory control, and waste reduction.
- Use operational systems (POS, reservations, delivery platforms) to ensure efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
KEY INGREDIENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant management, ideally within premium or upscale casual dining.
- Proven track record of team leadership, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strong operational knowledge including cost control, staff scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Hands-on, service-driven personality with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and delivery/reservation platforms is preferred.
