Food People is working with an established FMCG company in Saudi Arabia in their search for a dynamic and strategic Sales Director to lead their sales operations in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, the successful candidate will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share for the brand across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals to drive business growth and market penetration in KSA
- Lead, coach, and mentor the national sales team. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Manage and optimise performance across various sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and analyse data to improve efficiency and performance
- Own the sales budget and forecasting process. Ensure cost-effective sales operations while maximising profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and customer fulfillment
Key Ingredients
- Proven experience in the same or a similar position
- Must have Saudi experience
- Demonstrated experience within the FMCG industry
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ideally Arabic speaker
