About the Job
This role will focus on driving profitable growth across a portfolio of export markets through strong distributor partnerships. The Export Sales Manager will be instrumental in accelerating sales performance, improving in-market execution, and owning the commercial agenda across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across a portfolio of export markets in the Middle East.
- Manage and develop distributor relationships.
- Build and execute commercial plans by market to increase distribution, availability.
- Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing, and channel dynamics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Travel regularly within the region to support distributor execution and market development.
Key Ingredients
- 5+ years of export sales experience within FMCG, managing multiple countries.
- Strong background in distributor management with proven ability to deliver growth through partners.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in pricing, trade terms, promotions, and forecasting.
- Based in the UAE with flexibility to travel across the Middle East.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
