About the Job:
A leading regional poultry business is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to take full ownership of one of its largest strategic accounts. The role is Riyadh-based and focused entirely on managing and developing the relationship with a globally recognised QSR client across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
•Fully own and manage the commercial relationship with a major regional QSR account.
•Act as the primary point of contact, representing the company in all commercial and operational matters.
•Develop and implement account strategies to elevate the partnership across key foodservice markets.
•Work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality to ensure service excellence.
•Collaborate with internal leadership including the Commercial Director and CEO for strategic alignment.
•Monitor account performance against KPIs; identify and address risks and growth opportunities.
•Provide regular reporting on account health, sales volumes, and relationship development.
•Travel regionally (approx. 20%) to support partner operations and relationship management.
Key Ingredients:
•Proven success managing large strategic accounts in the food manufacturing or foodservice sector.
•Experience working with QSR brands — ideally multinational global chains.
•Strong relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
•Commercial acumen with a results-driven and strategic mindset.
•Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
•Willingness to be based in Riyadh with some regional travel.
