Food People has partnered with a B2B food business specializing in finished goods and raw materials internationally within the FMCG industry. They are looking for a Sales Manager with a can-do mentality who wants to actively contribute to the further growth of the company as well as the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities and market development within the international markets
- Manage the communication with multinational and regional customers and expand the network of customers
- Responsible for building relationships and negotiating with customers and suppliers on prices, delivery terms, and contracts
- Together with the logistics department, ensure the correct handling of all transactions
- Recognize opportunities and turn them into commercial successes with good negotiation skills and creative solutions
- Motivating the sales team to grow and achieve the targets
Key Ingredients:
- At least 8 years of work experience internationally in sweeteners or similar food ingredients
- Managed multiple international markets, ideally based in the UAE
- Good command of the English language, Arabic is a plus
- Strong communication skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and meetings
