About the role:
Our client is a UAE-based FMCG business with a strong consumer identity, an expanding market presence, and a brand story rooted in quality, innovation, and local relevance. They are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the brand, communications, and public relations strategy across corporate, retail, trade, digital, and international channels. This is a highly visible role for a commercially minded marketing professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution to enhance brand equity, strengthen market presence, and deliver impactful communication across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing and communications strategy aligned with business priorities
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across customer, trade, digital, and corporate touchpoints - Lead integrated campaigns across consumer, trade, digital, ecommerce, and B2B channels
- Oversee product launches, seasonal initiatives, promotions, sponsorships, exhibitions, and events
- Manage internal and external communication materials, including corporate messaging, presentations, announcements, and press releases
- Build and maintain effective relationships with agencies, media, partners, and key external stakeholders
- Lead social media planning, digital content development, and online brand presence
- Guide the creation and approval of campaign assets, visual content, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Ensure communication is culturally relevant, well executed, and aligned with the expectations of the UAE market
- Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams to support launches, channel activity, and growth initiatives
- Manage budgets, suppliers, and external partners to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery
- Measure campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to leadership
Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Media, or a related discipline
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or public relations
- Prior experience within FMCG, food and beverage, retail, hospitality, wellness, or another consumer-focused sector
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, including consumer expectations and cultural considerations
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with strong day-to-day delivery
- Experience managing agencies, campaigns, digital activity, and media relations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align brand activity with business objectives
- Effective project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
