- Identify and secure new brand principals within the ambient food category for distribution
- Build and manage relationships with international and regional brand owners
- Lead commercial negotiations and onboarding of new brands into the portfolio
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth plans
- Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure successful brand launches
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Represent the company in meetings, trade events, and industry forums
- Proven experience in business development within the FMCG distribution space
- Strong network with brand owners and principals, particularly in ambient food categories
- Demonstrated success in onboarding new brands or principals
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive new business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
