About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Brand Manager in Jeddah to take ownership of a key snacks category, driving brand growth through a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a pivotal, mid-career role suited to a commercially minded marketer who can combine creativity with strong analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies across the snacks portfolio
- Manage end-to-end campaigns including ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives
- Drive brand growth through strong commercial and analytical decision-making
- Analyse business performance, extract insights, and translate them into actionable plans
- Work closely with sales, supply chain, procurement, and other stakeholders to drive SKU performance
- Manage creative development including campaigns, content, and celebrity collaborations
- Ensure strong in-market execution across all channels
- Support new product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing plans with business objectives
Key Ingredients:
- Due to Saudization, this role is only open to Saudi Nationals
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Proven experience managing ATL and BTL campaigns
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organisation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Growth mindset with a proactive and driven personality
- Experience within food or snacks categories is preferred
