eCommerce Manager

A well-established FMCG company with a strong presence across Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead its digital sales channel.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for driving the company’s eCommerce strategy, managing key online platforms, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through digital channels. Reporting to senior leadership, the position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the company’s digital transformation journey while working cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy across digital platforms
• Manage and expand key online accounts and partnerships
• Drive online sales growth, conversion performance, and customer retention
• Analyze digital performance data to identify and unlock growth opportunities
• Establish and monitor KPIs aligned with overall business objectives
• Optimize online product presence, including content, pricing, and promotions
• Improve the customer journey to enhance overall user experience
• Collaborate with Marketing teams on digital campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure integration between digital platforms and internal systems
• Deliver performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Monitor competitor activity and digital trends within the FMCG sector
• Lead digital innovation projects and system enhancements
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute initiatives effectively

Key Ingredients:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Digital Commerce
• Strong experience in eCommerce or digital sales within a structured organization
• Proven track record of managing online platforms and driving revenue growth
• Commercially focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and digital performance metrics
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and eCommerce platforms
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within FMCG or a related industry is preferred
• Motivated, results-oriented, and driven to continuously improve performance
