About the Job:
A high-end homegrown fine dining concept is seeking a service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead its pre-opening operations. This role is central to shaping and delivering a refined guest experience rooted in authenticity and operational excellence. The concept places a strong emphasis on sustainability, aiming to source and produce everything locally wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full daily operations of the restaurant, overseeing service, staffing, training, and guest engagement
• Translate the vision of the homegrown concept into operational excellence and team mindset
• Support pre-opening planning and execution, aligning with the founders’ expectations
• Foster a strong front-of-house culture that balances luxury with genuine hospitality
• Implement and promote sustainable practices in sourcing and operations
• Champion local procurement of all ingredients and products
• Ensure readiness for service launch by mid-August and contribute to the opening by the end of September
• Build strong relationships across all stakeholder groups and represent the brand with pride

Key Ingredients:
• Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin-recognised venues
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and locally sourced food operations
• Arabic speaking is preferred but not essential if qualifications and experience are stronger
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
•Proven experience in managing high-end, boutique-scale operations (50–60 covers)
